Federal Law No. 245-FZ of September 30, 2010 on the Amendments to the Budget Code of the Russian Federation and Other Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation

From January 1, 2011 until January 1, 2014, suspends the provisions of the Budget Code of the Russian Federation on the transfer to the regional budgets of 100 percent of excise duties for gasoline, diesel fuel and motor oils.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 759 of September 24, 2010 on the Improvement of the Procedure of Technological Connection of Consumers to Electric Power Supply Networks

Adjusts the rules of technological connection of energy accepting devices of consumers of electric power, its production objects, as well as the network facilities owned by network organisations and other parties to power supply networks.

Introduces the above normative from November 1, 2010.

Order of the Ministry of the Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation No. 716 of August 20, 2010 on the Additions to the List of Models and Producers of New Russian-Made Vehicles Sold with a Discount in the Framework of the Experiment of Promotion of Purchase of New Vehicles to Replace Those out of Operation and Disposed of for Utilisation Endorsed by the Order of the Ministry of the Industry and Trade of Russia No. 9 of January 14, 2010

Order of the Federal Tax Service No. YaK-7-8/393@ of August 19, 2010 on the Endorsement of the Procedure of Writing off of Arrears and Debts in Penalties, Fines and Interest Recognised As Desperate for Collection and the List of Documents Confirming the Circumstances of Recognition As Desperate for Collection of Arrears, Debts in Penalties, Fines and Interest

Now, it is the Federal Tax Service of Russia who specifies the procedure of writing off of these amounts.
