Introduces a new procedure of import to Russia of medicines for medical application.

Order of the Ministry of Public Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation No. 735n of August 26, 2010 on the Endorsement of the Rules of Sale of Medicines for Medical Application by Medical Organisations Having a License for Pharmacy Activities and Their Separate Divisions (Dispensaries, Feldsher and Obstetrician Stations, General Practitioner (Family) Centres) Located in Rural Settlements Lacking Apothecary Organisations

The new law on medicines permits their retail sale in the above cases.
