Federal Law No. 271-FZ of October 11, 2010 on the Amendments to the Federal Law on the Circulation of Medicines

Prohibits for 6 years from the date of the state registration of the medicine to obtain, disclose, use for commercial purposes information on the results of its preclinical and clinical testing without agreement of the rights holder.
