Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 118 of January 28, 2023 - measures to implement Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 961 of December 27, 2022: since certain hostile countries introduced a "price cap" for Russian oil and oil products, the RF President imposed a ban on the supply of Russian oil and oil products to foreign persons or foreign entities if the contract for such supplies involves the use of a price cap mechanism. The Пovernment has determined the procedure for implementation of this ban.
