Monitoring of the Federal Legislation dated 10.11.2009

Federal Constitutional Law No. 5-FKZ of November 9, 2009 on the Amendments to the Federal Constitutional Law on the Arbitration Courts in the Russian Federation and Articles 4 and 15 of the Federal Constitutional Law on the Judicial System of the Russian Federation

The amendments are stipulated by the creation of the Disciplinary Tribunal.

Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 1255 of November 7, 2009 on the Amendments to the Regulation on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Endorsed by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 865 of July 11, 2004

The Ministry specifies together with the Federal Security Service of Russia the procedure of confirmation of the presence of resource to live on the territory of Russia for foreigners or stateless persons.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 890 of November 5, 2009 on the Amendments to the List of Technological Equipment (Including the Component and Spare Parts for It) Not Produced in the Russian Federation and Exempted from the Value Added Tax at Import

Extends the list of such equipment.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 877 of October 31, 2009 on the Amendments to the Decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation on the Issues of Activities of the Ministry of Public Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation

From January 1, 2010, replaces the uniform social tax with insurance contributions to the Pension Fund of Russia, Federal Fund of Obligatory Medical Insurance and their territorial funds, Social Insurance Fund of Russia.
