Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation No. 3n of January 11, 2013 on endorsing the Administrative Rules for the Federal Service for Fiscal Supervision to Carry out the State Function of External Monitoring of the Quality of Operation of the Audit Organisations Defined by the Federal Law on Auditing. It is concerning the organisations which audit financial statements of certain entities, like credit organisations, credit referencing offices, companies being professional participants in the securities market, insurance and clearing firms, non-state pension funds, investment companies and trusts etc.
