Order of the Federal Tax Service No. MMV-7-8/206@ of April 9, 2018 on the endorsement of the procedure for the bodies of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, bodies of the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation to submit to requests of tax bodies initial documents confirming the correct accruals, timely and complete collection of arrears, penalties and fines for insurance contributions to the state extra-budgetary funds as of January 1, 2017, as well as the amounts of insurance contributions, penalties and fines accrued in addition as a result of control measures in the reporting (estimate) periods expired before January 1, 2017, if there are decisions calling to account (refusal to call to account) having entered in legal force (except for amounts of debts, penalties and fines in the cases of appeals, as well as amounts of debts, penalties and fines impossible for collection because of expiry of deadlines)
