Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 117 of February 6, 2021 on the rates of export customs duties on grain crops exported from the Russian Federation outside the states parties to agreements on the Customs Union: the rules for calculating and applying the rates of export duties on wheat, barley and corn within the framework of the grain damper mechanism have been established.
