The functions of the state registration of new foodstuffs, materials and items, the keeping of the State Register of Foodstuffs, Materials and Items Permitted for Production on the Territory of the Russian Federation or for Import to the Territory of the Russian Federation and Circulation initially vested in the Ministry of Public Health and Social Development of Russia are included in the sphere of reference of the Federal Service of Enforcement in the Sphere of Protection of Consumer Rights and Human Well-Being.

The amendments pertain to the subheadings of used motor vehicles intended for carrying 10 person and more including the driver.
