Order of the Ministry of Public Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation No. 226n of May 12, 2008 on the Amendments to the Procedure of Keeping of the Joint Register of Licenses, Including Those Granted by the Bodies of State Power of the Subjects of the Russian Federation in Compliance with Transferred Authority, Endorsed by the Order of the Ministry of Public Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation No. 689 of November 9, 2007

From January 1, 2008, the bodies of state power of the subjects of the Russian Federation enjoy the authority of licensing of the following types of activities: medical activities of organisations of the municipal and private public health systems (except for the hi-tech medical aid); pharmacy activities and activities associated with circulation of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances (except for the activities of organisations of the wholesale trade of medicines and apothecaries of the federal public health organisations).

Specifies a new form of the application of the natural person declaring commodities moved across the customs border in unattended luggage and sent to a natural person who is not crossing the border.
