Federal Law No. 79-FZ of June 10, 2008 on the Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the Measures to Regulate the Trade and Economic Cooperation in the Sphere of Export of Oil and Oil Products

The ratified Agreement imposes on raw oil exported from the Russian Federation to Belarus a customs duty for the period from 2007 to 2009 in the amount significantly lower than the one for the oil exported to other countries.
