Invalidates the norms having endorsed the form of the tax declaration for excise duty taxes for excisable goods (other than tobacco items) and its filling procedure.

Order of the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation No. 107 of May 30, 2011 on the Endorsement of the Particulars of Filling of the Estimate of Accrued and Paid Insurance Contributions for Obligatory Social Insurance in the Cases of Temporary Disability and Maternity and for Obligatory Social Insurance against Industrial Accidents and Occupational Diseases, As Well As Expenses to Pay out Insurance Support (Form 4 FSS)

A pilot project is implemented in 2011-2013 in the Karachayevo-Cherkess Republic and the Nizhny Novgorod Province.
