Order of the Federal Service for Financial Markets No. 11-28/pz-n of June 28, 2011 on the Amendments to Order of the Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia No. 11-3/pz-n of January 21, 2011 on the Endorsement of the Regulation of the Procedure of Notification of the Persons of Their Inclusion in the List of Insiders and Exclusion from Such List, Regulation on the Handing over of the Lists of Insiders to Trade Organisers Carrying out Operations with Financial Instruments, Foreign Currencies and/or Goods, Regulation on the Procedure and Deadlines for Insiders to Send Notifications of Operations Carried out by Them and to the Regulation on the Handing over of the Lists of Insiders to Trade Organisers Carrying out Operations with Financial Instruments, Foreign Currencies and/or Goods Endorsed by This Order

The lists of insiders must be sent to trade organisers no later than December 30, 2011.
