Order of the Federal Antimonopoly Service No. 115/13 of March 6, 2013 on the endorsement of the Administrative Regulation of the Federal Antimonopoly Service on the provided state service of preparation, signing pursuant to a decision of the governmental commission controlling foreign investments in the Russian Federation of agreement with a foreign investor or legal entity or natural person forming a group of persons including a foreign investor to ensure execution of certain obligations by him in the cases of intention of such foreign investor or legal entity or natural person to commit a transaction or impose control over economic company having strategic significance for the country's defence and security of the state and the drawing up of a decision on the preliminary coordination of the transaction or coordination of imposed control or refusal of such coordination respectively in the presence or absence of the agreement signed with the applicant to ensure execution by him of certain obligations
