Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 630 of April 23, 2021 on the State Information System of Electronic Certificates: launch of the state information system of electronic certificates will simplify the process of receiving goods and services by beneficiaries. The RF Government approved the regulations on the state information system of electronic certificates. It is supposed to ensure keeping record of certificates and entities for whom such certificated are necessary

Recommendations of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation dated April 26, 2021 "Recommendations to employees and employers concerning non-working days in May 2021: employers shall decide on their own which of the employees shall keep working during these days. Such decision shall be formalised as an order or a local regulatory act. Remote working also may be possible. However, these May-2021 days off are not a reason for reducing the wages. Working within the period from May 4 to May 7 shall paid at the regular rate (an increased pay may be set by the employer)
