Information from the Federal Service for the Alcohol Market Regulation dated August 4, 2021 “Information message for participants in the alcohol market”: the agency developed a draft format for filing electronic notifications of the start of alcohol turnover through the Unified State System for accounting for the volume of production and turnover of alcohol, or via the Single Portal. The planned effective date is November 1, 2021.
