BY THE END OF THE YEAR, GOVERNORS AND SANITARY DOCTORS OF THE CONSTITUENT ENTITIES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION HAVE THE RIGHT TO INTRODUCE A MASK REGIME, SELF-ISOLATION AND SOCIAL DISTANCE

It has been established that the regions (the governor or the territorial body of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare) independently take a decision on:
- isolation regime for persons arriving in the region (at home or in the observatory),
- introduction of social distance - 1.5-2 metres,
- introduction of mask and disinfection regimen,
- use of social exclusion measures (cessation of catering, retail, switch to remote mode, transfer to distance learning; with the spread of infection - the maximum contact limit).
