Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 786 of November 19, 2007 on the Coefficient of Indexing of the Amount of the Monthly Insurance Payment under Obligatory Social Insurance against Industrial Accidents and Occupational Diseases

Specifies the coefficient to be applied from January 1, 2008 for indexing the amount of the monthly insurance payments adopted before January 1, 2008. The coefficient is 1.07.

From January 1, 2008, the system of taxation in the form of the uniform imputed income tax may be applied for such type of entrepreneurial activities as providing the services of handing over for temporary possession or use of land plots for organisation of trade in a stationary trade network, as well as for deployment of objects of a non-stationary trade network and objects of public catering that do not have visitor servicing halls.
