Federal Law No. 270-FZ of November 23, 2007 on the State Corporation Rostekhnologii

The Federal Law specifies the legal, financial and organisational fundamentals of activities of the state corporation to assist projects, production and export of hi-tech industrial products of Rostekhnologii.
      The Federal Law is entered into force from the day of its official publication.

Federal Law No. 269-FZ of November 23, 2007 on the Amendments to the Federal Law on the Federal Budget for the Year 2008 and for the Planned Period of 2009 and 2010

Introduces a new provision permitting to use in 2008 for the same purposes interbudget transfers obtained in 2007 by the budgets of the subjects of the Russian Federation and local budgets from the federal budget in the form of subventions and subsidies.
      The Federal Law is entered into force from the day of its official publication.
