Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation No. 112n of October 15, 2008 on the Endorsement of the Procedure of Transfer of the Amounts of Export Customs Duties to the Federal Budget in Cases of Re-Export of Commodities Originating in the Russian Federation by Other Member-States of the Eurasia Economic Community
Re-export of some of Russian-made commodities is permitted for other member-states of the Eurasia Economic Community only in the presence of the permission issued by the Ministry of the Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
