Disputes pertaining to the fixing and application of payment for the technological connection to electric power lines and/or standard tariff rates shall be processed by the Federal Service for Tariff Rates of Russia and the bodies of power of subjects of the Russian Federation in charge of the state regulation of tariff rates.
