Introduces the zero rate of the customs duty for the export of cathodes of refined copper and sections thereof, as well as for the export of unprocessed, unalloyed nickel (codes of the Foreign Trade Commodity Nomenclature of Russia 7403 11 000 0 and 7502 10 000 0 respectively).
