Russian credit organisations where natural persons got credits in 2009 for the purchase of cars produced in the Russian Federation for up to Rbl 350,000 may get reimbursement of shortfall in incomes.

The amendments are stipulated by the introduction of the obligatory expert evaluation of draft normative legal acts and other documents to reveal provisions inspiring corruption.
