Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 816 of October 17, 2009 on the Amendments to the Acts of the Government of the Russian Federation Improving the Procedure of Making Payments for the Electric Power, Thermal Power and Natural Gas

Provides a new wording for the procedure of making payments for the electric, thermal power and natural gas. Now, it does not apply to the payments for electric power and regulates relations between suppliers and legal entities consuming heat and gas.

Direction of the Central Bank of Russia No. 2276-U of August 14, 2009 on the Procedure of Revocation of the License for Bank Operations in the Cases of Reduction of the Bank|s Own Resources (Capital) Below the Level Specified in the Federal Law on the Banks and Banking Activities

If the bank permits to reduce own resources (capital) below the specified amount for three months in a row, it must submit a request to the Central Bank of Russia to change its status.
