Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 285 of March 30, 2013 on the requirements to legal entities in charge of receipt on the account of the Federal Treasury and/or the account specified by the international treaty of the member-states of the Customs Union of monetary resources paid through electronic terminals, pay terminals and cash dispensers, as well as providing for execution of assumed obligations in compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation by providing bank guarantees and/or transfer of monetary resources (money) on the account of the Federal Treasury, and a procedure of organisation of interaction between them, the payers of customs duties, taxes and the federal body of executive power in charge of the customs issues
