Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 373-r of February 16, 2021 – the list of public services provided on an extraterritorial basis has been extended: - citizens may apply to any PFR division, regardless of their place of residence, for certificates of disability, extracts from the state information system of social safety, as well as with applications for correction of information on their personal account and for parking in special places for disabled drivers; - organisations have the opportunity to apply to any Rostekhnadzor department for certification in industrial safety, safety of hydraulic structures, in the electric power industry; - for permits for international transport of dangerous goods, persons may file applications with any department of the Rostransnadzor.
