Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1031 of June 6, 2022 - establishes specifics of implementation of certain provisions of Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 322 of May 27, 2022 "On the temporary procedure for fulfilling obligations to certain right holders": settlements with right holders originating from the hostile countries must made through authorised banks and under special permissions.
