Federal Law No. 229-FZ of October 2, 2007 on the Executive Proceedings

The Federal Law provides a new wording for the Federal Law on the executive proceedings adopted in 1997 and improves the norms regulating the issues of executive proceedings.
      The Law is entered into force from February 1, 2008.

The Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 839 of December 30, 2006 introduced for 9 months the zero rates of import customs duties for auto components imported for industrial assembly and for component parts and a number of commodities for production of aircraft engines.
      The Decision is entered into force from October 2, 2007.

Endorses tariff rates for the services of public-use telecommunication provided by the OAO TsentrTelecom to transfer an internal telegram.
