Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 635 of October 4, 2007 on the Amendments to the Regulation on the Visa Form, Procedure and Terms of Its Drawing up and Issuance, Prolongation, Restoration in Cases of Loss, As Well As the Procedure of Revocation

The amendments introduce a new rule permitting to draw up and issue the visa to a foreign citizen staying in the country other than the country of his citizenship on condition of the presence of the permission for permanent stay in this country for more than 90 days, define the grounds to draw up and issue the visa to a foreign citizen staying the country other than the country of his citizenship without observing this requirement.

Order of the Federal Service for Financial Markets No. 07-88/pz-n of August 14, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Administrative Regulation on the Execution by the Federal Service for Financial Markets of the State Function of Issuance of the Permission for the Placing and/or Circulation of Emission Securities by Russian Issuers outside the Russian Federation

The parties requesting the permission for the placing and circulation of emission securities of Russian issuers outside the Russian Federation may include Russian issuers of emission securities, issuers of foreign securities, holders of emission securities of the Russian issuer, parties having concluded the contract for the placing and circulation of foreign securities.
