Regulation of the Central Bank of Russia No. 311-P of September 7, 2007 on the Procedure for the Bank to Report to the Tax Body in the Electronic Form the Opening or Closing of the Account, Changes of Requisites of Accounts

The Regulation specifies the procedure for the bank to report in the electronic form to the tax body at the place of location the opening (closing) of the account, the changing of requisites of the account opened on the basis of the bank account contract to be used to enter or spend monetary resources of the organisation (independent entrepreneur), private notary, lawyer having founded a lawyer cabinet.
      The Regulation is entered into force 30 days after the day of its official publication in the Herald of the Bank of Russia.

Adjusts the format for submission of tax and accounting reports in the electronic form (version 2.00), as well as the format for submission of tax declarations, accounting reports and other documents used for the calculation and payment of taxes, fees in the electronic form (version 3.00).
      The Order is entered into force for the tax reports in the electronic form submitted after January 1, 2008.
