Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 605 of August 12, 2008 on the Endorsement of the Rules of Distribution of Quotas for the Catch of Aquatic Bioresources for the Purposes of Commercial Fishing (Except for the Coastal Fishing) on the Continental Shelf of the Russian Federation and in the Exclusive Economic Zone of the Russian Federation

Adjusts the procedure of distribution of such quotas.

Mortgage coverage bonds issued by other than credit organisations with a BBB- rating according to Standard & Poor's or Fitch Ratings or a ВааЗ rating according to Moody's Investors Service may be included in the Lombard List of the Bank of Russia regardless of whether or not they are secured with guarantees.
