Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 379 of April 30, 2009 on the Endorsement of the Rates of Import Customs Duties for Individual Types of Civil Airplanes

Introduces on the permanent basis the zero rate of the import customs duty for civil airplanes not more than 20,000 kg laden weight with the number of passenger seats for up to 19 persons.
