Monitoring of the Federal Legislation dated 12.05.2009

Federal Law No. 91-FZ of May 7, 2009 on the Amendments to the Federal Law on the Assistance of Development of Housing Construction and Individual Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation

Envisages an obligatory assessment of land plots and other immovable property of the Federal Fund of Assistance of Development of Housing Construction in cases of their sale, leasing or pledge.

Federal Law No. 85-FZ of May 7, 2009 on the Ratification of the 2nd Protocol on the Amendments to the Agreement on the Main Principles of Military and Technical Cooperation between Member-States of the Collective Security Treaty of May 15, 1992 and the 2nd Protocol on the Amendment to the Protocol on the Procedure of Control of Use for Designated Purposes of Products of Military Destination Supplied in the Framework of the Agreement on the Main Principles of Military and Technical Cooperation between Member-States of the Collective Security Treaty of May 15, 1992

The ratified Protocols were signed in Dushanbe on October 6, 2007.

Federal Law No. 81-FZ of May 7, 2009 on the Ratification of the Protocol on the Amendments to the Agreement on the Legal Status of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation of October 7, 2002

Ratifies the Protocol amending the above Agreement.
