Regulates the procedure of submission by persons occupying state positions of the Russian Federation and candidates for the mentioned positions of information on incomes, property and proprietary obligations.

Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 557 of May 18, 2009 on the Endorsement of the List of Positions of the Federal State Service Requiring the Citizens Appointed to Them and Occupying Them to Submit Information on Their Incomes, Property and Proprietary Obligations, As Well As the Information on Incomes, Property and Proprietary Obligations of Their Spouse and Underage Children
