Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 561 of May 18, 2009 on the Endorsement of the Procedure of Placing of Information on Incomes, Property and Proprietary Liabilities of Persons Occupying State Positions of the Russian Federation, Federal State Servants and Members of Their Families on the Official Sites of the Federal State Bodies and State Bodies of Subjects of the Russian Federation and Granting This Information to Russian Mass Media for Publication

For the purposes of combating of corruption, personnel management services of state bodies must place the above information on the official sites of these bodies and grant it to the Russian mass media to their requests.

Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 560 of May 18, 2009 on the Submission of Information on Incomes, Property and Proprietary Liabilities by Citizens Wishing to Occupy Leading Positions in State Corporations, Funds and Other Organisations, Persons Occupying Leading Positions in State Corporations, Funds and Other Organisations

Citizens wishing to occupy leading positions in a state corporation, fund or another organisation founded on the basis of a federal law or already occupying such positions must submit certificates of incomes, property and proprietary obligations.
