Extends the list of declared incomes, property and proprietary obligations.

Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 558 of May 18, 2009 on the Submission by Citizens Wishing to Occupy State Positions of the Russian Federation and Persons Occupying State Positions of the Russian Federation of Information on Incomes, Property and Proprietary Obligations

Regulates the procedure of submission by persons occupying state positions of the Russian Federation and candidates for the mentioned positions of information on incomes, property and proprietary obligations.

Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 557 of May 18, 2009 on the Endorsement of the List of Positions of the Federal State Service Requiring the Citizens Appointed to Them and Occupying Them to Submit Information on Their Incomes, Property and Proprietary Obligations, As Well As the Information on Incomes, Property and Proprietary Obligations of Their Spouse and Underage Children

Specifies the list of such positions of the federal state service consisting of three sections.
