Exempts from the value added tax until January 1, 2012 the import to the Russian Federation of pedigree bovine animals, pedigree swine, sheep and goats, semen and embryos of the mentioned animals, pedigree horses and ova.

Harvesting combines (codes according to the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activities of Russia 8433 51 000 1, 8433 51 000 9) may be imported temporarily to the Russian Federation for up to 5 calendar days.

Specifies that access to the state secret to the heads of self-regulating organisations of bankruptcy commissioners and bankruptcy commissioners shall be drawn up by the federal body of executive power supervising activities of bankruptcy commissioners and self-regulating organisations of bankruptcy commissioners.
