      The Direction is entered into force and applies to the reports beginning with January 1, 2008.

Defines the particulars of carrying out of payment operations by the credit organisation after the revocation of the license for bank operations, as well as the procedure of use of accounts by the bankruptcy commissioner (liquidator, liquidation commission).

The amendments refine the procedure of processing of documents by the territorial institutions of the Bank of Russia to grant a preliminary consent of the Bank of Russia for the purchase and/or acquisition in trust control as a result of one or several transactions by one legal entity or natural person, or a group of legal entities and/or natural persons interconnected by an agreement, or a group of legal entities being affiliated or dependent organisations to each other of more than 20% of stocks (shares) of the credit organisation.

Order of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation No. 166 of July 2, 2007 on the Amendments to the Instruction on the Procedure of Certification of the Fact of Discovery of a Deposit of Mineral Resources Endorsed by the Order of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia No. 689 of November 11, 2004

The fact of discovery of a deposit of mineral resources by the user of mineral resources having carried out works of geological surveys is certified by the Federal Agency for the Use of Subsoil Resources pursuant to the request submitted to the Agency or its territorial bodies.
