Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 896 of December 19, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Rules of Building and Keeping of the Register of Economic Subjects with the Share of Market of a Certain Commodity in the Amount Greater Than 35%

Inclusion in the Register of information on the economic subject is done regardless of the place of its state registration at the decision of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia if the economic subject has a share in the amount of more than 35% at the appropriate market of the Russian Federation on the whole.
