Federal Law No. 60-FZ of May 6, 2008 on the Amendments to the Federal Law on the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation and Individual Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation

The amendments specify the procedure for the Russian Federation to implement international treaties on the readmission, as well as specifies the particulars of the legal status of the pertinent foreign citizens and stateless persons.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 306 of April 25, 2008 on the Prolongation of the Rates of Import Customs Duties for Individual Types of Combines

From July 26, 2007, introduces for grain and silage combines (codes according to the Foreign Trade Commodity Nomenclature of Russia 8433 51 000 9 and 8433 59 110 9) for 9 months the rate of the import customs duty in the amount of 5% of the customs cost.
