Specifies new requirements for the regional divisions of the Social Insurance Fund of Russia and their branches to assign and carry out documentary checks of insurants in obligatory social insurance paying the uniform social tax, employer insurants applying special tax regimes, including those paying insurance contributions on the voluntary basis.
