Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 736 of July 19, 2012 on the Criteria of a Significant Environmental Degradation As a Result of Use of Land Plots out of Lands of Agricultural Destination in Violation of the Requirements of Rational Use of Land Available in the Land Legislation

The land plot may be withdrawn from the owner by court.
