Reduces the rate of export customs duty.

Order of the Ministry of Public Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation No. 12n of June 20, 2012 on the Endorsement of the Procedure for the Subjects of Circulation of Medical Items to Report the Cases of Side-Effects Not Mentioned in the Instructions for Use or Guide for Operation of the Medical Item, Unwanted Effects of its Application, Particulars of Interaction of Medical Items, the Facts and Circumstances Creating Dangers for Life and Health of Citizens and Medical Personnel When Using or Operating the Medical Items

Specifies the above procedure.
