Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 334 of May 30, 2007 on the Amounts of Assets of Financial Organisations (Except for Credit Organisations) and the Aggregate Share of Financial Organisations (Except for Credit Organisations) at the Commodity Market for the Purpose of Antimonopoly Control

For the purposes of antimonopoly control, introduces amounts of assets of financial organisations requiring a preliminary consent of the antimonopoly body for the transactions envisaged in the Federal Law on the protection of competition.
      Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 194 of March 7, 2000 on the terms of antimonopoly control at the market of financial services and on the endorsement of the method of determination of turnovers and margins of the market of financial services of financial organisations is invalidated.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 324 of May 28, 2007 on the Lease Contract for the Forest Part in the State or Municipal Property

According to the new Forestry Code of the Russian Federation, parts of forests available in the state or municipal property may be leased by legal entities and citizens. The Decision defines the procedure of preparation and conclusion of the lease contract for the forest part available in the state or municipal property.
      Regulation on the leasing of parts of the forest fund endorsed by the Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 345 of March 24, 1998 is invalidated.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 325 of May 28, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Form of Proposal to Create an Autonomous Institution by Changing the Type of the Existing State or Municipal Institution

The Federal Law has entered into force from January 8, 2007 defining the legal status of state (municipal) institutions of the new type - autonomous institutions.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 333 of May 28, 2007 on the Improvement of the State Regulation of Prices for Gas

The amendments provide for a stepwise equalisation of profitability of supplies of gas at the internal and the foreign markets.

Endorses the Administrative Regulation defining the time limits and sequence of actions (administrative procedures) of the Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia, its territorial bodies and structural divisions, procedure of interaction of its structural divisions and officials in the course of execution of the state function of state registration of the issue (additional issue) of emission securities, registration of amendments to the decision on the issue (additional issue) and/or prospectus of securities, state registration of the report of the results of issue (additional issue) of emission securities, registration of prospectus of securities.
