Federal Constitutional Law No. 4-FKZ of June 2, 2007 on the Amendment to Article 9 of the Federal Constitutional Law on the Forming of the New Subject of the Russian Federation As a Result of the Merger of the Irkutsk Province and the Ust-Ordynsk Buryat Autonomous District

Forms a new subject of the Russian Federation from January 1, 2008 - the Irkutsk Province - in compliance with the Federal Constitutional Law No. 6-FKZ of December 30, 2006 as a result of the merger of the two bordering subjects of the Russian Federation - the Irkutsk Province and the Ust-Ordynsk Buryat Autonomous District.
      The Federal Constitutional Law is entered into force from the day of its official publication.

Federal Law No. 86-FZ of June 2, 2007 on the Amendments to Article 24 of the Federal Law on the Retail Trade Market-Places and on the Amendments to the Labour Code of the Russian Federation

Until January 1, 2009, citizens that have auxiliary farming facilities and engaged in gardening, animal breeding will get trading stalls in all retail trade market-places according to the simplified procedure specified by the body of state power of the subject of the Russian Federation.
      The Federal Law is entered into force from the day of its official publication.

Order of the Federal Customs Service No. 536 of April 25, 2007 on the Endorsement of the List of Documents and Information Necessary for the Customs Registration of Commodities under the Chosen Customs Regime

Pursuant to the reorganisation of the State Customs Committee of Russia into the Federal Customs Service of Russia and handing over to it of the function of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia of working out of the state policy and the normative and legal regulation in the customs sphere, endorses a new list of documents and information necessary for the customs registration of commodities under the chosen customs regime. The earlier available list endorsed by the Order of the State Customs Committee of Russia No. 1022 of September 16, 2003 (with subsequent amendments) is invalidated.

Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation No. 39n of May 2, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Instruction on the Procedure for the Federal Service of Financial and Budget Enforcement to Carry out Revisions and Checks

Endorses the Instruction specifying the procedure for the Federal Service of Financial and Budget Enforcement to implement financial control directly or through its territorial bodies over the use of resources of the federal budget, resources of the state extra-budgetary funds, as well as material values available in the federal property, by carrying out revisions and checks.
