Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 395 of June 22, 2007 on the Maximum Amount of Timber for Logging by a Person, Group of Persons

The Forestry Code of the Russian Federation prohibits monopolist activities and unfair competition in the forestry sphere. The maximum amount of timber for logging by a person, group of persons is specified to provide for the implementation of the mentioned prohibition.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 393 of June 20, 2007 on the Interim Rates of Import Customs Duties for Individual Types of Combines

Introduces the rates of import customs duties for 9 months for grain and silage harvesting combines (codes according to the Foreign Trade Commodity Nomenclature of Russia 8433 51 000 9 and 8433 59 110 9) in the amount of 5% of the customs cost. Earlier, the rates were the same, however, not less than EUR 100 per 1 kW of power rating.
      The Decision is entered into force one month after the day of official publication.

Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation No. 45n of May 25, 2007 on the Procedure of Submission by and the Content of Reports of the Management Bodies of the Gambling Zones

The management bodies of the gambling zones must submit reports to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and the Federal Tax Service for the purposes of control of observation of the requirements of legislation by organisers of games of chance.
