For 9 months reduces the rates of import customs duties for individual parts and accessories for motor cycles, mopeds, bicycles (with or without the engine), wheelchairs for incapacitated people (whether or not outfitted with an engine or a mechanical device). The Decision is entered into force 1 month after the day of its official publication.
