Federal Law No. 98-FZ of June 7, 2007 on the Amendments to Article 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Budget for the Year 2007

Article 6 of the Federal Law of the federal budget for the year 2007 envisages sources of generation of incomes of the federal budget received in 2007. The Article is extended to include provisions empowering the territorial bodies of the Federal Treasury with authority to distribute resources received from the OAO Oil Company YUKOS in redemption of the debt in taxes, fees, other payments, penalties and fines among the budgets of the Russian budget system according to the normatives specified in the budget legislation of the Russian Federation.
      The Federal Law is entered into force from the day of its official publication.

Ratifies the Protocol having amended the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan on the procedure of use of the 4th State Central Testing Grounds (objects and combat fields located on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan) of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation of January 20, 1995 signed in Moscow on April 4, 2006.

Federal Law No. 96-FZ of June 7, 2007 on the Ratification of the Protocol on the Amendments to the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Terms of Use and Leasing of the Testing Grounds of Sary Shagan and Support of the City of Priozersk of January 20, 1995

The ratified Protocol signed in Moscow on April 4, 2006 amends the mentioned Agreement where it pertains to the organisational staff measures and the new terms of testing and functioning of the testing grounds of Sary Shagan, as well as refines the procedure of determination of the status of the military formations of these testing grounds.

Ratifies the Protocol on the amendments to the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan on the procedure of use of the 929 State Flight Testing Centre (objects and combat fields) located on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan) of the Ministry of Defence of Russia.

Federal Law No. 94-FZ of June 7, 2007 on the Ratification of the Protocol on the Amendments to the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Terms of Use and Leasing of Testing Grounds of Emba of January 20, 1995

The ratified Protocol brings the provisions of the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan on the terms of use and leasing of the testing grounds of Emba in compliance with the new terms of leasing and use of the mentioned testing grounds by the Russian Federation, carried out organisational and staff measures to unite the testing grounds and change the status of the mentioned testing grounds.
