Federal Law No. 91-FZ of June 6, 2007 on the Amendments to Articles 103 and 141 of the Code of Criminal Execution of the Russian Federation and the Law of the Russian Federation on the Institutions and Bodies Executing Criminal Punishments in the Form of Detention

The Law implies a reorientation of the proceedings of the criminal execution system to provide assistance to convicts in social adoption.

Federal Law No. 90-FZ of June 6, 2007 on the Amendments to the Code of Criminal Procedures of the Russian Federation

The Federal Law provides for a further improvement of the legislation on criminal procedures where it pertains to the issues of preliminary investigation.

Federal Law No. 89-FZ of June 6, 2007 on the Amendments to the Federal Law on the State Dactylographic Registration in the Russian Federation

The amendments remove legal inconsistencies in the Federal Law on the state dactylographic registration in the Russian Federation and the Federal Law on the foreign intelligence service.

Federal Law No. 88-FZ of June 6, 2007 on the Amendments to Article 177 of the Customs Code of the Russian Federation

According to Item 1 of Article 177 of the Customs Code of the Russian Federation, the time of processing of commodities on the customs territory is specified by the applicant in coordination with the customs body and may not be greater than 2 years. The amendments permit the Government of the Russian Federation to specify in addition the procedure of processing of commodities in excess of 2 years.
      The Federal Law is entered into force no sooner than one month after the day of official publication.

Order of the Ministry of Economic Development No. 131 of April 23, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Administrative Regulation of the Federal Agency for the Management of Special Economic Zones on the Rendered State Service of Organisation of Issue of Permissions for Construction, As Well As Obtaining Technical Specifications for Connection to Engineering and Technical Support Networks and Handing over of These Specifications and Permissions for Construction to Independent Entrepreneurs, Legal Entities Engaged in Construction or Reconstruction

Endorses the Administrative Regulation of the Federal Agency for the Management of Special Economic Zones on the rendered state service including the following administrative procedures: obtaining technical specifications for connection to engineering and technical support networks and handing over of these specifications to independent entrepreneurs, legal entities engaged in construction or reconstruction, as well as organisation of issue of the permission for construction.
