Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 358 of June 9, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Rules of Granting Subsidies in 2007 to the Budgets of the Subjects of the Russian Federation for Construction and Modernisation of Public-Use Motorways, Including the Ones in Residential Settlements (Except for the Highways of Federal Significance)

The federal budget for the year 2007 envisages subsidies to the budgets of the subjects of the Russian Federation for construction and modernisation of public-use highways, including the ones in residential settlements (except for the highways of federal significance), in the amount of Rbl 35,000,000.0 thousand, Rbl 3,500,000.0 thousand out of them for the regions of new housing construction. The Government of the Russian Federation specifies the rules of granting of the mentioned subsidies to the budgets of the subjects of the Russian Federation.

Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 357 of June 9, 2007 on the Interim Rates of Import Customs Duties for Individual Types of Machinery, Equipment, Devices, Instruments and Parts Thereof

Introduces for 9 months the interim zero rates of import customs duties for individual types of machinery, equipment, devices, instruments and part thereof.
      The Decision is entered into force one month after the day of its official publication.

Pursuant to the introduction from June 1, 2007 in the sphere of tour operator activities of the mechanism of financial backing of the rights and legal interests of consumers of tourist services, envisages introduction of the Joint Federal Register of Tour Operators enjoying financial guarantees.

Order of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communication of the Russian Federation No. 56 of May 24, 2007 on the Endorsement of the Rules of Use of the Means of Communication Intended for Remote Control of Paid Phones

According to the actual legislation, the means of communication used in a public-use communication network, technological communication networks and special-purpose communication networks, if they are connected to a public-use communication network, are subject on the obligatory basis to the confirmation of compliance with specified requirements.
